Sentencing one young man and extending the arrest of three Jerusalemites and releasing one man
Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate judge decided on Sunday to extended the arrest of the minor Mohammad Mughrabi until next Thursday; note that he was arrested on Sunday early morning after raiding his house in Al-Tur. The judge also decided to extend the arrest of Ayoub Abulhawa until the beginning of next month and Issa Shawi until next Wednesday to submit an indictment against him. The lawyer added that the Magistrate judge sentenced Dia’ Eddin Anati for three months and one day of actual imprisonment and a suspended probation of four months for three years; note that he has been detained since 6/11/2014. The judge also decided on Sunday to release Abdullah Abu Kaf with a 700-NIS bail, a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS and house arrest for 7 days. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was also informed that the judge extended the arrest Ahmad Shawish who was arrested on Sunday until Tuesday.
