The conditional release of three women…extensions of arrest and releases

Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate judge extended on Monday the arrest of Mohammad Mughrabi until the beginning of next month; note that he was arrested on Monday early morning from his house in Al-Tur. The lawyer added that the judge decided to release the 40-year old Mazen Sa’eedeh and the 19-year old Rani Samaha with a third-party bail of 7 thousand NIS and house arrest for 3 days; note that they are both from the neighborhood of Wad Al-Joz. The lawyer also added that the prosecution submitted an indictment against Ahmad Zmurod that included charges of assaulting the police and throwing stones and extended his arrest until Wednesday. In a related matter, the occupation police released three women on condition of isolating them from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 15 days. Lawyer Ramzi Kateelat from “Lawyers for Jerusalem” said that the police decided to isolate three women from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 15 days. They are: Hanan Abu Sneineh (45), Hanadi Maswadeh (45) and Ikhlas Ra’ood (19).
