Extending the arrest of 11 Jerusalemites
Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the District court judge extended on Tuesday the arrest of Mahmoud Jamil Gheith until completing the legal procedures against him. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Julani, Adham Abu Nijmeh and Mutasem Tawil until 16/3/2015, and Mohammad Mustafa and Fadi Atyeh until 13/4/2015 and also extended the arrest of Naser Obeid until 16/2/2015. The lawyer also said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Ibrahim Amoudi from Shu’fat refugee camp until 9/2/2015; note that he was arrested on Tuesday early morning from the refugee camp. In a related matter, the Magistrate judge decided to release Yaser Abulhawa with a 500-NIS bail, house arrest for 3 days and a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Israeli police arrested on Tuesday afternoon Jihad Naser Qos from the Old City of Jerusalem. The judge also extended the arrest of the minors Abdullah Siam and Yazeed Al-A’war until 16/2/2015.
