Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate court judge extended on Thursday the arrest of Mohammad Mughrabi and Ayoub Abulhawa until next Monday after the general prosecution submitted a prosecutor’s permit to submit an indictment against the two young men. He judge also extended the arrest of the 19-year old Ahmad Shahin from the neighborhood of Beit Hanina, and Ala’ Syouri and Hamzeh Syouri until next Sunday; note that Shahin was arrested on Thursday early morning. The judge also extended the arrest of the minors Abdullah Siam and Yazeed Al-A’war until 16/2/2015; an indictment was submitted against them in the District court that included charges of throwing stones and an Israeli “Egged” bus. Lawyer Mahmoud added that a session was held at the District court for Ahmad Sarhan and his sons Mohammad and Ishaq after the prosecution appealed the decision of the Magistrate court and requested to increase the sentences imposed on the three of them. After the session, the judge refused the appeal and decided to stay with the Magistrate court’s decision (Ahmad: imprisonment for 45 days, Mohammad: 7 months and 5 months for Ishaq). The lawyer added that the judge decided to release Mohammad Tufaha with a 1500-NIS bail, house arrest for 7 days and a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS. The Israeli occupation police arrested on Thursday three women as they were leaving Al-Aqsa Mosque and released them afterwards with no conditions.
