Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate judge extended on Sunday the arrest of the 16-year old Abdullah N’aji until next Tuesday; note that he was arrested from the neighborhood of Wad Al-Joz. The judge also extended the arrest of Khalil Khalil until 18/3/2015. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the public prosecution submitted on Sunday a prosecutor’s permit to submit an indictment against Ata Awadallah, Yousef Abu Jom’s and Mahdi Sayyad and the judge extended their arrest until 22/3/2015. The prosecution also submitted a prosecutor’s permit to submit an indictment against Mouath Abulhawa, Omar Abulhawa and Mohammad Mughrabi and the judge extended their arrest until 12/3/2015. The lawyer added that the Magistrate judge decided on Sunday to release Abdelsalam Awadallah with an 800-NIS bail and a third-party bail of 3 thousand NIS but the prosecution decided to appeal the decision. The Magistrate judge also extended the arrest of Mohammad Ziad Abu Sbitan until 12/3/2015 to make a decision regarding the possibility of releasing him with a financial bail and house arrest conditions. The judge also released Hashem Abulhawa without any conditions. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Hamada Siam and Daoud Ghurab until next Wednesday, and Ibrahim Sharabati, Nour Shalabi and Sami Natsheh until next Tuesday. Releases… The Israeli police released on Sunday a girl and a woman. Lawyer Ramzi Kateelat from “lawyer for Jerusalem” explained that the police released Abeer Odeh after interrogating her for several hours at Al-Qishleh police station and requested her to attend a court session on Monday at the Magistrate court. The police also released the 16-year old Saja Al-Razem with a third-party bail.
