Sentencing four young Jerusalemite men
The District and Magistrate court judges sentenced last Wednesday four young Jerusalemite men for periods that varied between 8 and 12 months. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the judge sentenced Ali Baraka for 11 months of actual imprisonment, a suspended probation of 6 months for three years and a fine of 3 thousand NIS; note that he has been detained since last October. The judge also sentenced the 19-year old Badee’ Gheith for 12 months of actual imprisonment and a suspended probation of 6 months for three years. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the judge also sentenced the 19-year old Louai Sami Rajabi for 8 months of actual imprisonment; note that Rajabi was arrested in mid-October of last year. The 1-year old Ali Da’na was also sentenced for actual imprisonment of 9 months.
