March 15, 2015

The Israeli occupation handed on Sunday morning a military order to lawyer Khaled Zabarqa, member of the Political Bureau of the Islamic movement in the 1948 lands and the former director of Jerusalem Development Foundation, which prohibits him from entering the city of Jerusalem from 10/3/2015 until 9/9/2015. Qudsuna Media (Q-Press) said in a statement on Sunday 15/3/2015 that the order was signed by Eyal Izenberg, Internal Front Commander in the Israeli occupation army. The order which also included two maps that specified the prohibited area said: “According to my authority and on the emergency law of 1945 articles 6, 08, 109 and 110 and after being convinced of the importance of this matter to protect the state and the population’s safety as well as public order, I order to prevent Khaled Zabarqa from being in Jerusalem as specified in the attached map between 10/3/2015 and 9/9/2015.”
