An indictment against Mahmoud Abu Usba’ who carried out the stabbing incident in Jaffa Street

The public prosecution submitted on Sunday an indictment to the District Court against Mohammad Abu Usba’ that included charges of stabbing a settler in West Jerusalem near the City Hall on 22/2/2015 under the pretext of “hating religious Jews.” Mohammad Mahmoud, Al-Dameer organization lawyer, said that the District court judge extended the arrest of his client Abu Usba; until 19/3/2015; note that he is from the village of Beer Zeit. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Tarek Kurd, Fouad Rweidi and Mahdi Abu Rammouz until 16/3/2015 and Yousef Abu Jom’a until 19/3/2015. The public prosecution submitted during Sunday’s session a prosecutor’s permit to submit an indictment against Abu Jom’a. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Israeli police arrested on Sunday early morning Mouath Jamal Obeid and Omar Obeid.
