The occupation isolates two minors from Al-Aqsa…extensions of arrest
The District and Magistrate courts’ judges extended on Sunday the arrest of 6 Jerusalemites and released two minors on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque. Extension of arrest Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Abdelrahim Abbasi and his brother A’ed until next Thursday. The lawyer pointed out that he will appeal the decision at the District court; a session was scheduled for them on Monday. The lawyer also explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Ahmad Abu Sbitan, Amir Farroukh and Amir Abu Sbitan until 14/4/2015. Ali Obeidyeh was presented on Sunday to the District court judge ad a session was scheduled for him on 19/4/2015; note that he is not detained. Isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque Lawyer Mahmoud added that the Magistrate judge released the 16-year old Khaled Malhas and the 17-year old Saleh Sandouka with a 600-NIS bail, a third-party bail of 2000 NIS, house arrest for 5 days and isolation from Al-Aqsa for 30 days for each.
