The occupation arrests 21 Jerusalemites

The occupation police arrested on Monday night Naji Zghayyar from Al-Wad Street and also arrested Sufian Jadallah. The police also arrested the 14-year old Tarek Shweiki from Al-Aqsa Mosque on Monday afternoon, and also arrested a woman that is yet to be identified after she left Al-Aqsa Mosque. The forces also arrested the 13-year old Ahmad Mansour Risheq from the neighborhood of Ein Al-Lozeh in Silwan. Ola Julani and Aida Sidawi were also arrested on Monday in addition to 10 young men from several neighborhoods in the city of Jerusalem. They are: Mohammad Rukon (22), Jihad Taha (38), Ihab Ghallat (39), Amro Abu Arafeh (28), Fadi Jo’beh (26) and Jihad Aweida (40), Mohammad Issa (15), Mohammad Muna, Omar Mazen (15) and Mohammad Bseiso (20). The forces also arrested Nuha Qutob, Fathi Naser and Mohammad Jaber while suppressing a march on occasion of “Earth Day”. The Israeli forces also arrested on Monday Mahdi Abbasi while attending his cousin’s hearing session at the District Court and they extended his arrest for 24 hours. In a related matter, Al-Dameer organization lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Rukon until next Thursday and Ahmad Zmurod until Tuesday. The lawyer added that the District judge rejected the appeal submitted by the lawyer against extending the arrest of his clients Abdelrahim and A’ed Abbasi and agreed to the Magistrate judge’s decision of extending their arrest until next Thursday.
