Isolating nine citizens from Al-Aqsa Mosque…extensions of arrest and releases

The Magistrate and District courts judges extended on Thursday the arrest of four young Jerusalemite men and decided to release four other under conditions. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the judge decided to release Fouad Obeid, Omar and Zuzu Dajani with a 500-NIS bail for each, house arrest for one week and isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque for 30 days. The Magistrate judge also released Mahdi Abbasi and A’ed Abbasi with a 500-NIS bail for each and house arrest for one week. The lawyer added that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Mahmoud Salaymeh who stabbed female soldiers in Jerusalem until 14/4/2015; note that Mohammad arrived to court on a wheelchair. The judge also extended the arrest of Mahmoud Abu Usba’ until completing all legal procedures against him. The judge extended the arrest of Odai Bayoumi until 21/4/2015 and Abdelrahim Abbasi until next Sunday. Isolating 7 citizens from Al-Aqsa Mosque Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Magistrate judge decided to release Mohammad Rukon, Jihad Taha, Sufian Jadallah, Fadi Jo’beh and Yousef Abu Shusheh with a 750-NIS bail, house arrest for one week and isolation from Al-Aqsa for one month for each. The police also release last Wednesday Jihad Aweida on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa for 10 days. The occupation police arrested on Friday two women from the gates of Al-Aqsa. They are: Hanan Abu Sneineh and Fatina Hussein; note that Fatina was interrogated and then released on condition of isolation from Al-Aqsa for 15 days.
