Sentencing one young man and extending the arrest of nine Jerusalemites
The District court judge sentenced on Monday Hussein Abu Ta’a for actual imprisonment of four months, a suspended probation of four months and a fine of 2500 NIS. In a related matter, Al-Dameer organization lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Nidal Abu Khdeir (16) and Mohammad Ahmad Abu Khdeir (16) from Shu’fat until next Friday, and Baha’ Ajloni (15) until next Thursday. The judge also extended the arrest of Yazan Mheisen, Anas Obeid and Mousa Obeid until next Sunday. He also extended the arrest of Mohammad Mustafa and Fadi Atyeh until 29/04/2015. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the public prosecution submitted on Monday an indictment to the Magistrate judge against Mohammad Ahmad Obeid and the judge extended his arrest until next Thursday. The Magistrate judge scheduled a court session for Naser Shawish on 10/06/2015.
