Sentencing Omar Shalabi for 9 months of actual imprisonment
The Magistrate court in Jerusalem sentenced on Tuesday the former secretary of Fateh Movement in Jerusalem, Omar Shalabi, for 9 months of actual imprisonment and a suspended probation of five months on charges of “incitement” over Facebook. Shalabi was arrest among a group of Jerusalemites due to their posts of their personal Facebook pages which have been monitored by the Israeli authorities since the murder of the three settlers.
