Releases…extensions of arrest
The administration of Jalboo’ prison released on Monday the 25-year old Mohammad Khalil Al-Razem who is a resident of the neighborhood of Bi’er Ayoub in Silwan; Mohammad completed his 6-month prison sentence. Al-Razem was arrested on 13/11/2014 and was sentenced for 6 months in prison in which he was transferred in between Al-Maskobyeh, Hadarim and Jalboo’ prisons. Extensions of arrest… Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Fahed Shalabi and Mohammad Abu Jom’a until 14/5/2015, and Huthayfa Shreiteh until 17/5/2015 and released the child Mufeed Is’eed without presenting him to court; note that they were all arrested on Monday early morning. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the Magistrate judge also extended the arrest of Ali Mahmoud until 14/5/2015, Mohammad Atyeh until 17/5/2015 and Walid Alayan until 15/6/2015. He also added that the District judge extended the arrest of Baha’ Ajloni until 14/5/2015 which is when the so-called “conduct officer” will release his report. The District judge also approved the appeal submitted by lawyer Mahmoud regarding extending the arrest of his client Ahmad Mazen Al-Razem and only extended his arrest for 24 hours. The District judge also extended the arrest of Mousa Ajloni and Mahmoud Abu Usba’ until 21/5/2015, Yazan Mheisen until 14/5/2015, Walid Atyeh and Sufian Mahmoud until 12/5/2015. The District judge also sentenced Mohammad Haymooni for a 200-hour course, a 2000-NIS fine and a suspended probation of 6 months for three years.
