Extensions of arrest…releases
The District court judge extended on Thursday the arrest of Mohammad Naser Abbasi and Hamzeh Assaileh until next Tuesday. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the District judge extended the arrest of the two young men until next Tuesday and indictments that included charges of throwing stones and firecrackers were submitted against them; note that the police initially accused them of attempting to run-over Israeli in Jerusalem. Lawyer Mohammad explained that the two young men were arrested and then interrogated in Asqalan detention center. The Magistrate judge extended the arrest of the two minors Mohammad Abu Jom’a and Ahmad Abu Shroukh until Friday. He also extended the arrest of Rami Natsheh until Sunday and Ali Mahmoud Baha’ Ajloni until next Monday which is when the so-called conduct officer will release his report. The judge also extended the arrest of Yazan Mheisen until completing all legal procedures against him. Also, the judge released Fahed Shalabi without any conditions.
