In pictures: The funeral of the Martyr Abu Dheim and the family refuses the occupation’s claims and request an immediate investigation
Thousands of Palestinians participated in the funeral of the 42-year old Martyr Emran Abu Dheim on Thursday early morning and buried him in the cemetery of Jabal Al-Mukabber.
After the family received the Martyr’s body from Jabal Al-Mukabber police station, he was transferred in the Palestinian ambulance to his house where his family had the chance to take a final look at him and then to the village’s mosque where they performed a prayer to his soul and onto the cemetery.
Abu Dheim passes away on Wednesday morning after being shot by Israeli occupation forces in the village of Al-Tur under the pretext of deliberately running over soldiers in the village.
The family denies the occupation’s claims and requests an immediate investigation…
The Martyr’s wife (Um Hamzeh) refused the occupation’s claims and said: “the occupation injustice my husband and my five children. Emran left in the morning to his work in Mount of Olives to check the school busses. I don’t know what happened with him and what the reason behind opening fire at him was, but I am sure that he did not carry out any kind of attack since he doesn’t have any political views and does not really care about politics.”
She added: “The occupation confiscated the surveillance cameras from the commercials stores to hide the heinous crime they committed against my husband; the occupation’s charge is always ready after the murder of any Palestinian.”
The Martyr Emran Abu Dheim has five children where the oldest is 14 and the youngest is 16 months old.
Abu Dheim family requested to open an immediate investigation of the cold-blooded murder of Emran and ensured they will work towards revealing the truth and exposing the occupation’s crime.
The family added: “The occupation deliberately murdered Emran. After critically injuring him while driving his car, he was violently dragged out of the car and was shot again while lying on the ground. He was not provided with any treatment and his clothes were taken off. He was searched while naked and his car was completely searched as well.”

Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, said that the Martyr Emran Abu Dheim was murdered with cold blood. Emran got into a simple accident which contradicts with the occupation’s claims that he carried out an attack. Lawyer Mahmoud insisted on opening an immediate investigation in order to prosecute the occupation for their policy of "shooting and killing Palestinians in cold blood.
