Sentencing a Jerusalem and extending the arrest of 11 others

The Magistrate judge sentenced on Sunday a Jerusalem and extended the arrest of 9 others.

Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the Magistrate judge sentenced Wael Salaymeh for 7 months of actual imprisonment, a suspended probation of three months for three years and a 1000-NIS fine. Lawyer Mahmoud explained that the judge also extended Amer Bazlameet and Mahdi Abbasi until 17/06/2015; note that they were arrested on Monday early morning. He also extended the arrest of Mutasem Abulhawa until 4/6/2015, Mohammad Alayan until 17/6/2015 and Mohammad Abu Sara until 3/6/2015. The Magistrate judge also extended the arrest of Ahmad Gheith, Mohammad Rweidi, Mohammad Abu Nab and Fahmi Haymooni until 3/6/2105; note that a prosecutor’s permit was submitted during Sunday’s session to submit an indictment against them. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge released Ayoub Abu Asab and Sari Jaber with no conditions; they were arrested last Thursday. The Israeli forces arrested on Sunday Abu Ali Shawahneh after assaulting him while leaving Al-Aqsa Mosque. The District judge extended on Sunday the arrest of the 20-year old Hamzeh Jaber Abbasi until 6/8/2015; Abbasi was arrested a month ago.
