Extending the arrest of 10 Jerusalemites
The Magistrate judge extended on Monday the arrest of 10 Jerusalemites. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of the child Ahmad Mhalwes until Tuesday; Ahmad was arrested on Monday morning. The District judge extended the arrest of Ahmad Gheith, Mohammad Rweidi and Mohammad Abu Nab until 22/6/2015 when the so-called “conduct officer” will release his report. The judge also extended the arrest of Fahmi Haymooni until 29/6/2015, Ali Mahmoud until completing all legal procedures against him, Shadi Alayan until 11/6/2015, Mohammad Kamal Alayan and Basel Shweiki until 15/6/2015 and Mutasem Abulhawa until 10/6/2015. The judge also extended the arrest of Badawi Abu Asab until Tuesday; a prosecutor’s permit was submitted to submit an indictment against him that included charges of throwing a Molotov cocktail towards a settler. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the Magistrate judge scheduled a session for Sheikh Omar Abu Sara on 16/9/2015; note that Abu Sara is not detained but is under house-arrest.
