Extending the arrest of 7 Jerusalemites and releasing 4 others
The Magistrate judge extended on Thursday the arrest of 7 Jerusalemites and released four others. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Saleh Abu Asab (16), Tarek Kharouf (16), Hussam Alayan (16), Laith Darwish (17) and Younes Alayan (19) until next Monday. The judge also extended the arrest of Shadi Alayan until next Monday; note that he has been interrogated for nearly a month at Al-Maskobyeh cells. The forces arrested Amir Basti from the Old City of Jerusalem only few days after releasing him. The lawyer added that the judge decided to release Ahmad Yassin with a 500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail of 6 thousand NIS, and also released Karim Siam with the same conditions mentioned above. The police released the 12-year old Mohammad Ali Dari and the 14-year old Abdullah Abu Asab after signing a bail.
