Breaking news: Extending the arrest of Yaser Tarwa until the beginning of July
The Magistrate judge extended on Monday morning he arrest of the 18-year old Yaser Yassin Tarwa who stabbed one police individual in the area of Damascus Gate until the beginning of July (1/7/2015). Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained to Wadi Hilweh Information Center that the Magistrate judge held an absentia session of Yaser due to his medical condition and the intelligence requested to extend his arrest for two weeks but the judge decided to extend his arrest until 1/7/2015. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the police talked about the medical condition of Yaser during the session; note that he is currently in the intensive care unit and is in critical medical condition.
