Extending the arrest of nine Jerusalemites
The District and Magistrate judge extended on Monday the arrest of 9 Jerusalemites. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Sameh Ayyash until Tuesday; note that he was arrested on Sunday night from the area of Damascus Gate. The judge also extended the arrest of Kayed Rajabi and Mohammad Annous until 25/6/2015. The public prosecution submitted a prosecutor’s permit to submit an indictment against the 18-year old Suhaib Al-A’war and extended his arrest until 25/6/2015. The judge also extended the arrest of Ala’ Obeid until completing the legal procedures against him and the District judge extended the arrest of Ahmad Gheith, Mohammad Rweidi and Mohammad Abu Nab until all legal procedures against them are completed. The judge also extended the arrest of Badawi Abu Asab until 2/7/2015 to read an indictment against him. Nadim Obeid was presented to the Magistrate judge who extended his house-arrest conditions.
