The child Mohammad Samer Sarhan is Released
The Israeli Police released the child Mohammad Samer Sarhan 12 years of age on Thursday late afternoon, on terms of house arrest and signing on a financial guarantee. The Lawyer at Wadi Hilweh Information center stated that the Israeli Police called in the child Mohammad Sarhan 12 years of age to interrogate him with charges of throwing stones at a settler's vehicle parked in Silwan. The lawyer added that the child was released after interrogating him, a 5 thousand financial bail was signed and he was sentenced to a house arrest for 5 days, the Police also requested a 1000 shekels bail to be paid, he will be presented in Court "in regards of the bail" on Sunday morning. Wadi Hilweh information center stated that the Israeli forces arrested the childs brother Sultan Sarhan on Wednesday evening and interrogated him with the same charge.
