The court decided to release the body of the Martyr Fadi Alloun to bury him in the village of Esawyeh without specifying the release date

The Magistrate court decided on Friday to release the body of the 19-year old Martyr Fadi Alloun to bury him in the cemetery in the village of Esawyeh. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the Magistrate judge decided to release the martyr’s body and put some conditions on the release:

  • Martyr should be buried in the cemetery in Esawyeh
  • Only 50 people can participate in the funeral
  • He should be buried immediately after being released from the Israeli ambulance
  • A deposit of 20 thousand NIS to ensure commitment to the releasing conditions
The date and time of the release have not been specified yet, and will be announced only hours before the release. Martyr Fadi Alloun passed away after being shot by the Israeli police in the area of Al-Musrara in Jerusalem after he was chased by a group of settlers who attempted to assault him.
