In pictures: The Martyrdom of the child Ishaq Badran after carrying out a stabbing attack in Jerusalem
The 16-year old Ishaq Qasem Badran passed away after being shot by the occupation police after carrying out a stabbing attack in the area of Al-Musrara across from Damascus Gate in Jerusalem.
The occupation police said that the child stabbed two settlers while walking in Al-Musrara Street after they performed their prayers at a synagogue; one was slightly wounded and the other was moderately wounded.
Witnesses explained to Wadi Hilweh Information Center that two policemen attacked the child Badran and shot him from zero distance; witnesses confirmed that the police were able to arrest him without killing him.
The occupation forces closed the area of the incident from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. and raided several stores to check surveillance cameras under the supervision of the mayor of Jerusalem, Nir Barakat.
The Martyr’s body remained in the street for two hours.
The occupation forces fired sound grenades towards the citizens to keep them away from the scene.
