The occupation arrests 11 Jerusalemites
The occupation forces arrested on Sunday night and Monday early morning 7 Jerusalemites from Silwan, one young man from the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber and one child from the Old City of Jerusalem. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the occupation forces raided several neighborhoods in Silwan and closed roads and fired sound grenades. The forces then carried out a series of arrested in the early morning hours and arrested A’ed Khalil Abbasi (26), Naeem Ibrahim Hadyeh (22), Ahmad Sabri Abu Thiab (27), Baha’ Ahmad Abbasi (21), Mohammad Ahmad Abbasi (19) and Mohammad Al-A’war (17). The forces also arrested Mohammad Khalil Saeed Sarhan, Mohammad Abdelrazzak and Laith Asi from the neighborhood of Al-Thori in Silwan. The center added that the forces used explosives to damage the front door of Ahmad Sabri Abu Diab’s house and assaulted his brother Mohammad with the butts of their guns on his back. The center also pointed out that the occupation forces arrested on Sunday night the 17-year old Baker Aweis from the neighborhood of Ras Al-Amoud in Silwan. Also, the forces arrested Mohammad Hasan Khalayleh from the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber on Monday early morning, and the 17-year old Ahmad Jaber from the Old City of Jerusalem. The forces also arrested the 14-year old Mohammad Mughrabi from the village of Al-Tur on Sunday night.
