Arrests…extensions of arrest
The occupation forces arrested on Tuesday two young men from the villages of Al-Tur and Esawyeh. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Israeli forces arrested Odai Dari from Esawyeh and Mohammad Sayyad from Al-Tur. In a related matter, lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended on Monday the arrest of Ali Sayyad, Muhsen Aton, Marwan Dweik and Mohammad Ammouri until next Wednesday 11/11/2015 (they were arrested on Monday) and Yousef Abulhawa and Khaled Khashan until Wednesday 04/11/2015. The lawyer added that the judge extended the arrest of Ahmad Abu Qalbein until 4/11/2015; the child Laith Husseini until 8/11/2015; Suhaib Atef Idris, Mohammad Idris, Suhaib Idris and Mansour Safadi until 15/11/2015 when the so-called “conduct officer” released his report. He also added that the judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Mahmoud and Firas Obeid until Wednesday; note that a prosecutor’s permit was submitted to submit an indictment against them. The judge decided to release Jamal Za’tari and Thaer Abu Nijmeh with a third-party bail and house-arrest for 5 days, and released Shadi Abdullah with a 1000-NIS bail and a third-party bail. Also, Khaled Radwan was released with a 5-thousand NIS third-party bail and house-arrest until next Friday. The judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Othman until Tuesday. The District judge extended the arrest of Basel Shweiki until 21/1/2016 (witnesses hearing session), Ahmad Abu Sharkh until 23/11/2015 (witnesses hearing session) and Ali Abu Diab until 8/11/2015. A session was held for Munther Abbasi and another session has been scheduled on 19/11/2015. The judge ordered Mohammad Safadi to pay a 1000-NIS fine, and sentenced him for a suspended probation of three months for three years. Tags: Arrests, extension of arrest
