Extending the arrest of 26 Jerusalemites…including 8 minors
The occupation forces arrested on Wednesday night the Jerusalemite activist Omar Shalabi while coming back from Jordan through the Jordanian bridge. Also, the Israeli police handed on Wednesday night the child Msallam Odeh a call for interrogation on Thursday after detaining him in the area of Bi’er Ayoub in Silwan. The District and Magistrate judges extended the arrest of 26 Jerusalemites including 8 minors. Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Ahmad Qalbein, Mohammad Jadallah, Mohammad Jaber, Mohammad Razem, Firas Mahmoud, Mohammad Mahmoud, Omar Za’aneen, Rami Za’aneen and Samer Obeid until 5/11/2015. The judge also extended the arrest of Ali Sayyad, Majd Qazzaz, Mohammad Naser and Basel Atrash until 6/11/2015; Mohammad Kayed Mahmoud, Mohammad Nayef Obeid, Hamed Obeid, Bashar Dari, Mohammad Alayan, Qusai Dandis, Ahmad Jadallah, Muhsen Aton and Na’el Rabay’a until 8/11/2015; Fadi Atyeh and Mahmoud Abed until 9/11/2015; and Baha’ Sumrein until 30/11/2015. The Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Taha until 7/12/2015. A court session was held for the child Fayez Farhan and another session was scheduled on 12/11/2015 knowing that he is under house-arrest. Also, an indictment was submitted against the child Khaled Radwan and a session was scheduled for him on 5/11/2015. The judge decided to release Khaled Khashan with a 700-NIS bail and house-arrest for 7 days and also released Yousef Abulhawa with a third-party bail.
