Arrests…extensions of arrest

The occupation forces arrested on Sunday night the child Ali Ma’tooq from the neighborhood of Al-Thori in Silwan, and Kamal Al-Imam after raiding his house in the neighborhood of Al-Sowaneh. Witnesses explained that the Israeli forces along with intelligence personnel raided a group of residential houses and took pictures of young men’s IDs in the neighborhood of Al-Sowaneh. On the other hand, lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Laith Husseini, Odai Dari, Amir Salloum, Mohammad Kayed Mahmoud, Mohammad Nayef Alayan, Hamed Obeid, Bashar Dari, Mohammad Alayan and Suhaib Abu Sa’eb until 11/11/2015. The judge also extended the arrest of Qusai Dandis and Rashad Abu Rmeileh until 10/11/2015, the child Hussein Sub Laban until 30/11/2015, Mohammad Ammouri until 9/11/2015, the child Ahmad Abu Qalbein until 10/11/2015 (an indictment was submitted against him during the court session), Murad Sarandah until 18/11/2015 and the child Ahmad Abu Khalaf until 9/11/2015. O’z police released the child Mohammad Odeh after hours of arresting and interrogating him on charges of throwing stones in Silwan. The child explained that the police released him on condition of house-arrest for 5 days. Odeh said that three soldiers raided a grocery store in Silwan and arrested him and transferred him to O’z police center in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber. He was assaulted and hit while detained in the police vehicle and was interrogated on charges of throwing stones or knowing people who throw stones. The child Tayseer Natsheh was presented to the District court and the judge extended the house-arrest imposed on him. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the Magistrate judge decided to release Ahmad Jadallah, Na’el Rabay’a and the child Muhsen Aton with a 750-NIS bail, house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail of 3 thousand NIS for each. The Israeli forces also arrested on Sunday Hatem Iskafi from the neighborhood of Al-Thori in Silwan and the child Nabil Sider from the Old City of Jerusalem.
