In pictures: The occupation arrests four children from the village of Esawyeh
The occupation forces arrested on Tuesday afternoon four children from the village of Esawyeh. Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s lawyer explained that the occupation forces arrested four students from the checkpoint established in the village of Esawyeh and transferred them to Salah Eddin Street police station for interrogation. The lawyer added that the detainees are: As’ad Murad Dari (17), Sami Zuheir Khatib (17), Mohammad Abdel Halim Dari (16) and Anas Ali Abu Asab (15). The Israeli forces stationed at the entrance of the village of Esawyeh arrested the children while going home after they had left schools and assaulted them. Red marks were obvious on the children’s faces due to the fold that was placed on their faces. Amjad Abu Asab, head of Jerusalemites detainees and prisoners families committee, explained that the forces also arrested the 10-year old Malek Othman Qarawi from Al-Tur and transferred him to O’z interrogation center in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber.
