The Magistrate judge extended on Wednesday the arrest of the 14-year old Mouawya Ahmad Hasan Ali until next Tuesday to continue interrogating him o charges of stabbing a light rail’s guard in the settlement of Pisgat Zi’ev north of Jerusalem. Mouawya Ali The child’s family explained that a confidential session was held for their son at the Magistrate court and the family was prevented from attending the session of even checking on their son while being transferred inside the court room. The occupation forces had raided the family’s house on Wednesday morning in the neighborhood of “Tal Al-Fool” in Beit Hanina and searched it; they also took measurements of the house and checked its walls as explained by the family. The forces also arrested his brothers Saddam and Mohammad and released them after several hours of interrogation. The injured child Ali Ali… The injured child Ali Ali is still receiving treatment at Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital and is currently in stable condition as explained y his father. Ali’s father explained to Wadi Hilweh Information Center that his son was transferred on Tuesday from the intensive care unit to the children’s department in Hadassah hospital and is still under arrest and banned from visits; he was interrogated for two hours after being transferred. The child’s father explained that his son was injured with two bullets, in the stomach and hit his intestines and the other hit his pelvis; he underwent a surgery to remove the bullet from his intestines. A surveillance camera’s recording showed the light rail’s guards assaulting the child after being injured with two bullets.
