The occupation arrests two children from Jerusalem…extensions of arrest

The occupation forces arrested on Sunday night two children from Al-Wad Street in the Old City of Jerusalem. Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the occupation forces arrested the 13-year old Tawfiq Ihab Najib and the 13-year old Mohammad Taha and transferred them to Al-Qishleh police center for interrogation. Indictments… The public prosecution submitted an indictment to the District court against the child Laith Husseini that included charges of throwing stones and Molotov Cocktails; the judge extended his arrest until 24/11/2015. Indictments were also submitted against the children Jihad Ja’bari and Baker Aweis and the judge extended their arrest until 19/11/2015. Also, indictments were submitted against Nader Naser (extended his arrest until the beginning of next month) and Suhaib Abu Sa’ed and Amir Salloum; the judge extended their arrest until 24/11/2015. Another indictment was submitted against Amir Bilbeisi and a session was scheduled for him on 20/12/2015; he is released. Extensions of arrest… On the other hand, lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Ahmad Naser until Monday, Ali Sayyad until 27/12/2015 and the child Suhaib Idris until 16/12/2015 to read the indictment against him and 22/11/2015 to take a look at the conduct officer’s report. Also, the judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Mahmoud until 16/12/2015, Fadi Atyeh until 22/11/2015, Khaled Alayan and Mahmoud Aweisat until the beginning of December and Odai Dari until 22/11/2015. The minors Suhaib Ahmad Idris, Mansour Safadi and Mohammad Idris were presented to the judge a session was scheduled for them on 16/12/2015. Also, Abed Abu Syameh and Ahmad Mahmoud were presented to the judge and a session was scheduled for them on 27/12/2015. The judge extended the arrest of Amir Thaher and Mohammad Odeh until 27/12/2015. Confirming the administrative-arrest sentence Qusai Dandis was presented to the District judge who confirmed the 3-month administrative-arrest sentence imposed on the detainee. Release Lawyer Mahmoud added that the judge decided to release Mahmoud Abed with a 2000-NIS bail, house-arrest for 10 days and deportation from his house for 14 days.
