The occupation arrests a child and his father from the village of Al-Tur
The occupation forces arrested on Monday night the 12-year old Ahmad Nidal Abu Sbitan from the village of Al-Tur in Jerusalem. Nidal Abu Sbitan explained that the occupation Special Forces chased his son to his house in the village of Al-Tur, arrested him and took him to the police vehicle. Abu Sbitan added that the forces assaulted the people present in the area with pepper gas. Soldiers directly sprayed pepper gas towards the faces of the child’s father, his grandfather and one young man who were in the area; they also fired sound grenades around the house. After the forces arrested the child and withdrew from house, they raided the house again and arrested his father (Nidal Abu Sbitan). Wadi Hilweh Information Center’s lawyer who visited the child in O’z police center in Jabal Al-Mukabber explained that the forces chased the child while he was near his house and arrested him; they slapped him on his face and accused him of throwing stones.
