The occupation authorities transferred the Jerusalemite Ibrahim Musleh to administrative arrest. Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the occupation forces arrested last week Ibrahim Musleh and presented him to the Magistrate judge who decided to release him under conditions but the prosecution appealed the decision. During a session on Monday, the judge decided to release him at 10 p.m. with a 1000-NIS bail, house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail but the Israeli authorities issued a decision to transfer him to administrative arrest. The number of Jerusalemite detainees under administrative arrest increased to 30 including 3 minors. Release… On the other hand, the District judge decided to release the 14-year old Mohammad Ashraf Abulhawa on condition of house-arrest and the prosecution requested to freeze the decision until appealing it within 48 hours. The judge also decided to release Nour Zaghal with a 1500-NIS bail, house-arrest for 5 days and a third-party bail but the prosecution also requested to freeze the decision until appealing it. Mutasem Awad was released with a 300-NIS bail and a third-party bail, and Atallah Awadallah with a 1500-NIS bail. The judge also extended the arrest of Odai Da’ajneh and Ahmad Adawein until 19/11/2015, Mohammad Assaileh until 1/12/2015 (he is not detained; Taher Sarhan, Anas Abu Mayaleh, Mohammad Naser and Muntaser Salameh until 22/11/2015; Shifa’ Obeid Shallodi until 19/11/2015 (conduct officer’s report), Mohammad Jihad Alayan until 2/12/2015 when the so-called conduct officer will release his report. The District judge extended the arrest of Baker Aweis and Issa Abu Jom’a until 10/1/2016 and Khaled Jadallah until 20/12/2015.
