The child Khalil Kiswani loses his eye after being injured with a rubber bullet

The 15-year old Khalil Mohammad Ahmad Kiswani is currently receiving treatment at the intensive care unit after undergoing a surgery to remove his left eye following an rubber-bullet injury he suffered during the occupation’s Special Forces raid on Shu’fat refugee camp last Wednesday 2/12/2015 to demolish the house of Martyr Ibrahim Akari with the use of explosives. Kiswani family explained that Khalil was injured with a rubber bullet after leaving school with his father last Wednesday. He suffered internal bleeding in his head, fractures in the skull and his left eye was removed. The family added that Khalil underwent 4 surgeries during the last few days in order to stop the bleeding and remove his eye in addition to implant platinum due to fractures in the skull; he was in surgery for several hours. It is noteworthy that nearly 1200 police and army individuals raided Shu’fat refugee camp last Wednesday morning to execute the demolition of Martyr Ibrahim Akari’s house.
