Arrests…extensions of arrest and releases
The occupation forces arrested on Tuesday the 16-year old Akram Hassouneh from the neighborhood of Al-Thori in Silwan. On the other hand, sessions were held at the District and Magistrate courts against young Jerusalemite men and children. Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Atrash until 9/12/2015 after the public prosecution submitted an indictment against him and Mohammad Hatem Abulhawa until 20/12/2015. The District judge extended the arrest of Ibrahim Abulhawa until 17/12/2015, and Malek Shweiki, Mohammad Naser and Anas Abu Mayaleh until 22/12/2015. The lawyer added that the Magistrate judge decided to extend the arrest of the children Nasim Amjad Mheisen, Nasim Khaled Mheisen, Rami Mheisen, Ibrahim Julani and Ahmad Zaghal until 10/12/2015. The judge also extended the arrest of Mohammad Jihad Alayan and Ibrahim Taha until 3/1/2016, Mohammad Taha until 17/12/2015, Nader Halahleh until 21/12/2015 and Mohammad Jayoushi until 23/12/2015. The judge scheduled court sessions for Mohammad Mustafa on 27/12/2015 and for Baha’ Ajloni on 15/12/2015. The public prosecution submitted an indictment against the child Mohammad Samer Sarhan and a session was scheduled for him on 22/12/2015; he is under house-arrest. Releases… The judge released Mouath Shallodi with a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS. The judge also decided to release 15-year old Manar Shweiki on condition of house-arrest for 3 days, a third-party bail of 5 thousand NIS; note that the judge extended her arrest until night time to continue interrogating her.
