The occupation arrests a young man…extensions of arrest
The occupation forces arrested on Tuesday morning Mu’taz Za’tari from the neighborhood of Ras Al-Amoud in Silwan. In a related matter, lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended on Tuesday the arrest of 17-year old Suhaib Burqan and 16-year old Akram Hassouneh until Thursday to continue interrogating them; he also extended the arrest of Mohammad Abu Diab until completing the legal procedures against him. The District judge extended the arrest of Mohammad Burqan until 24/12/2015, and Emad Bakri, Wahid Bakri and Mahdi Syaj until 27/1/2016. The Magistrate judge also extended the arrest of Ahmad Da’as until 22/12/2015 after a witnesses hearing session was held for the young man. A session was held on Tuesday for Tamer Abu Asab and the judge scheduled another session for him on 16/5/2015. The judge also decided to reduce the house-arrest conditions imposed on him by making it only a “night house-arrest”. Tags: District court, arrest, extension of arrest
