Jabal Al-Mukabber: An administrative demolition order to the building of Martyr Baha’ Alayan
Joint crews of occupation municipality and Israeli forces raided on Tuesday the building Martyr Baha’ Alayan’s family in the village of Jabal Al-Mukabber and handed the family an administrative demolition order under the pretext of “building without a permit. Alayan family lives on the second floor of the building which was established in 2003. The family has been trying to obtain a building permit for years; note that the demolition order against the build was froze by the municipality’s court. The family explained that Alayan’s building consists of three floors where each floor has a 130-square meters apartment and is owned by Khalil Alayan and his sons; 25 individuals live in the building. The occupation authorities did not only issue a confiscation and demolition order against the apartment of Martyr Baha’ Alayan, they also issued an administrative demolition order to the whole building under the pretext of building without a permit.
