The District Court accepts the psychological report of the killer of Mohammad Abu Khdeir
The District Court’s judges decided on Thursday to discuss the psychological report of settler Yousef Ben David, main suspect in killing the child Mohammad Abu Khdeir. Lawyer Mohannad Jbara explained that the District judge agreed to accept the psychological report of Ben David to discuss its content and hear the testimony of the Psychiatric. Jbara explained that the District judge scheduled a session on 20/1/2016 to discuss the report and hear the testimony of the Psychiatric who claimed that Ben David suffers from mental disorders making him unfit for trail and should not be convicted.
