The occupation arrests two children from Silwan under the pretext of “possession of knives”
The occupation forces arrested on Monday two Jerusalemite children while walking in the area of Herod’s Gate in Jerusalem. Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli forces arrested 15-year old Mohammad Shu’ayb Shweiki and 15-year old Yousef Hani Shweiki under the pretext of “possession of knives” and transferred them to Al-Qishleh police center in the Old City of Jerusalem. The police said that an Israeli force searched the two children and found two knives with them; they were immediately arrested. Witnesses explained that the occupation forces searched the two children and forced them to take their clothes off. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the occupation forces raided on Monday night the houses of both children in Silwan and searched them. The occupation forces also arrested the 25-year old Mohammad Othman Shweiki during a raid on Silwan on Monday night.
