The occupation forces arrest two minors from the Old City of Jerusalem…extensions of arrest
The occupation forces arrested two minors from the Old City of Jerusalem. Amjad Abu Asab, head of Jerusalemites detainees and prisoners families committee, explained that the occupation forces arrested the 14-year old Salah Mu’nes and 16-year old Mohammad Qarsli. Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of the minors Mohammad Shweiki and Yousef Shweiki until 28/1/2016 (conduct officer’s report) and Huthayfa Taha until 14/1/2016. The judge also reduced the releasing conditions imposed on the child Fayez Farhan by allowing him to go to school. The judge also extended the arrest of Ibrahim Hadreh until 13/1/2015, Saeed Qumboz and Ihsan Abu Hummos until 14/1/2016 and Ali Mahmoud until 4/4/2016 for sentencing. On Tuesday, a session was held for four prisoners under administrative arrest, they are: Mahmoud Aweisat, Majd Halayqa, Fares Aweisat and Samir Obeid. Israeli authorities pledged not to renew the administrative arrest imposed on them.
