Silwan: Clashes…arrests…raiding houses

Clashes broke out on Wednesday night between young men and occupation in the neighborhood of Ein Al-Lozeh in Silwan. Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that clashes broke out in the neighborhood of Ein Al-Lozeh in Silwan and expanded to the neighborhood of Bi’er Ayoub after the forces established a checkpoint and searched young men in a provocative way; occupation forces heavily and randomly fired sound grenades and rubber bullets. The forces raided the house of Wasim Abbasi twice and damaged its contents after assaulting the owner. They also raided the house of Mousa Abu Tayeh and threatened to demolish his commercial store if stones are continued to be thrown from around his house. Windows in the house of Masoud Zaytoon broke after it was targeted with rubber bullets. In the neighborhood of Abbasyeh, the forces raided the house of Mohammad Bader under the pretext of looking for stone-throwers; they assaulted him and searched his house.
