A sit-in supporting prisoners and requesting the release of Martyrs’ bodies…arrests

Activists organized a sit-in at Al-Aqsa Mosque after the Friday Prayer supporting the two prisoners currently on hunger strike, journalist Mohammad Al-Qeeq and Abdullah Abu Jaber,  and requesting the release of 10 Jerusalemite Martyrs’ bodies. Participants raised pictures of the two prisoners as well as pictures of the Martyrs that their bodies are still detained; a banner was also hung at Al-Aqsa for the Martyrs. The occupation authorities are still detaining the bodies of 10 Jerusalemite Martyrs. They are: Thaer Abu Ghazaleh, Baha’ Alayan, Ala’ Abu Jamal, Mu’taz Aweisat, Hasan Manasra, Omar Iskafi, Abdel Muhsen Hassouneh, Ahmad Abu Sha’ban, Mus’ab Ghazali and Mohammad Abed Nimer. Arrest The occupation forces arrested three children from Al-Wad Street in the Old City of Jerusalem and Lions’ Gate; among the detainees was Khader Ajloni.
