Jerusalem: The occupation municipality demolishes a house and displaces 19 individuals
The occupation municipality’s bulldozers demolished the house of Kifaya Risheq in the neighborhood of Shu’fat north of Jerusalem; it was established 15 years ago. Large Israeli forces along with municipality’s bulldozers raided the neighborhood of Shu’fat and surrounded the house of Kifaya Risheq. They stormed into the house and evacuated the residents and then proceeded with the demolition process in favor of the settlement project “Street 21”. Risheq explained that the occupation forces evacuated them by force and without prior notice. It is noteworthy that 19 individuals including children live in the house. The settlement project “Street 21” puts several residential houses at risk of being demolished in order to connect the Israeli settlements with each other.
