Sentencing a Jerusalemite child for 18 months of actual imprisonment
The District judge sentenced a Jerusalemite child for actual imprisonment on Wednesday. Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the District judge sentenced 14-year old Jihad Ja’bari for 18 months of actual imprisonment and 5 thousand NIS as compensation for the settler; he was convicted of throwing a Molotov Cocktail towards a settlement outpost. Lawyer Mahmoud added that the child was arrested last November. He also pointed out that he will appeal the decision at the Israeli Supreme Court.
