Submitting an indictment against a Jerusalemite girl…extending the arrest of two children
The Magistrate judge extended on Friday morning the arrest of two Jerusalemite children until Sunday to continue interrogating them on charges of “planning an attack and possession of knives”.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of 12-year old Shadi Anwar Farrah and 12-year old Ahmad Raed Za’tari until Sunday to continue interrogating them on the above mentioned charges.
The forces had arrested the two children from Street Number 1 in Jerusalem under the pretext of “possession of knives”.
The District judge extended the arrest of 15-year old Manar Shweiki after the public prosecutor submitted an indictment against her including charges of “attempted murder using a knife”.
Shweiki was arrested last month twice in which the first time was from the neighborhood of Wadi Hilweh in Silwan under the pretext of possession of knives and was released two days after. She was then arrested against from the Old City of Jerusalem also under the pretext of possession of a knife.
The judge decided to release the minors Ishaq Ghateet and Hakam Kashur with no conditions.
