In execution of the Supreme Court’s recommendation to release the detained bodies of Jerusalemite Martyrs, the occupation intelligence decided on Sunday night to release the body of 37-year old Martyr Mohammad Abed Nimer after midnight.
Al-Dameer organization lawyer, Mohammad Mahmoud, explained that the occupation intelligence decided to release the body of Martyr Mohammad Abed Nimer after Sunday midnight near Al-Mujahedeen Cemetery (Herod’s Gate) in the presence of 30 people only from the Martyr’s family; the intelligence conditioned the Martyr’s family to pay a 20-thousand NIS deposit and banned them from carrying their cell phones into the cemetery.
Martyr Mohammad Nimer is from the village of Esawyeh. He passed away on 10/11/2015 after being shot by the settlers’ guards in the area of Al-Musrara in Jerusalem while attempting to carry out a stabbing attack.
