Sentencing Mahmoud Abu Usba’ for 18 years and 100 thousand NIS as compensation to the settler

The District judge sentenced on Sunday Mahmoud Abu Usba’ for 18 years of actual imprisonment.

Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the District judge sentenced 19-year old Mahmoud Abu Usba’ for 18 years of actual imprisonment and imposed on him a 100-thousand NIS fine as compensation to the settler who was stabbed in addition to a suspended probation of 5 months for three years.

Lawyer Mahmoud added that his client was arrested last February after stabbing a settler in Jaffa Street in West Jerusalem. He was convicted of stabbing a settlers and throwing stones, Molotov Cocktails and firecrackers towards the Israeli forces.
