Isolating three children from Al-Aqsa Mosque…and renewing the isolation of 7 elderly until mid-July
The occupation police decided on Monday night to isolated three Jerusalemite children from Al-Aqsa Mosque for two weeks.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Israeli police arrested on Monday Ali Hasan Firawi (17) and his twin brother Mohammad and Jibril Adam Balaleh. The three detainees were detained and interrogated for several hours before being released on condition of being isolated from Al-Aqsa Mosque for two week; they are residents of the Old City of Jerusalem.
On the other hand, the Magistrate judge decided to extend the arrest of Omar Mona (minor) and Malek Hijazi until 15/6/2016, Mohammad Taha (minor) and Adam Qirresh and Haitham Qirresh until 13/7/2016 for sentencing.
The judge also extended the arrest of the minors Khader Abu Ghannam and Haitham Khweis until mid-July for sentencing and decided to allowed the child Abu Ghannam to return to his home in the village of Al-Tur and allowed him to leave his home with his family for 4 hours a day at the time of breaking the fast in the month of Ramadan.
A hearing session was held for the elderly Anwar Al-Qaq, Jamal Natsheh, Adel Abu Rmeileh, Mohammad Arafeh, Khader Abu Sneineh, Sa’di Rajabi and Mohammad Amin Yassin at the Magistrate Court and the judge postponed the session until 17/7/2016 and renewed their isolation from Al-Aqsa Mosque until the court date.
