Extending the arrest of a woman and several young men…releases
The District and Magistrate judges decided to extend the arrest of a woman and several Jerusalemites.
Lawyer Mohammad Mahmoud explained that the Magistrate judge extended the arrest of the children Zakaria Bakri, Nabil Sider and Mohammad Abbasi until 1/8/2016.
He added that the judge also extended the arrest of Maisoon Halaweh until 14/8/2016, Yehya Taha Abu Khdeir until 7/8/2016, Naser Abu Khdeir and Mohammad Abu Khdeir until 9/8/2016; indictments were submitted against them at the District Court.
The lawyer also added that the judge decided to release Ziad Hijazi, Khalil Odeh, Hasan Rweidi, Rabee’ Bashir, Mohammad Shallodi, Mansour Shyoukhi, Muntaser Shyoukhi and Jamal Da’na on conditions of house-arrest for 5 days and third-party bails; they were all arrested within a series of arrests executed in Silwan at the end of last week.
