The 20-year old Mohammad Hussein Yousef Khweis suffered with skull fractures as well as wounds around his eye and forehead after being hit by a sound grenade in the village of Al-Tur.

Clashes broke out on Wednesday afternoon between the occupation forces and students in the village of Al-Tur during which the forces stormed into “Ibn Rushd” School in the village and harassed students and arrested one of them. The forces fired a sound grenade towards the locals to disperse them and after leaving the school’s courtyard they fired another sound grenade.  Mohammad Khweis was injured by the shrapnel of the grenade and lost consciousness; he also suffered a severe bleeding.

The young men took Khweis to Al-Maqased hospital where he received the necessary treatment.
